My daughter and I had lots of fun playing today. I love my Ava girl. She likes to play in the dirt and try her hand at anything the boys are doing. She is sweet and feisty. She is my mini-me :)
My hubby got started refinishing the kids' school desk...
I visited my Grandma today and took her out to run some errands. When we got home she gave me a bunch of old pictures :)

Ethan and I made some fall decorations. We are going to redistribute some of the beans so that candles can fit in each jar :)
We took a family walk today and then enjoyed some bacon sandwiches for dinner, YUM! E says "you make the best food Mom." Then there was silence and E looks at Chad and says "Say something nice too Dad." Hahahaha. I love E!!! :)
In the simplicity of the day I found great joy, love, memories and the goodness of God!
What a sweet day and reflection on ordinary moments. You were as adorable as your little ones, when you were little. I love that your little one prompted your husband to say something nice to you. How cute is that? And the school desk looks great. I hope to see more of that.
