I love my Father-in-law!
I sent him a picture of a PVC Car Wash for kids and today he called me and said he was coming over to build it for the boys!
It looked pretty simple to make it.
Everything is made from 1/2" PVC pipe.
Just tell the guy at Home Depot what you are building and he will help you! I told the guy (Fernando) that I would tell his manager how helpful he was - well that just made his day! Mr. Fernando took me around the store and helped me get everything I needed!
There was one piece that was not in the PVC area of Home Depot and that was the piece that you need to screw the hose into the carwash. Fernando took us to the back of the store and we found it in a different part of the plumbing dept. Ask for help! That's what they are there for :)
Here is the part I am talking about
(being held in place by my sweet Ava)...
Ta-Da!
Even Papa went through the car wash!
And Grandma took Ava through...
What a FUN way to spend the afternoon!!!!
We are having a playdate at our house in a couple weeks and this will be so fun to set up for the kids!
I saw that Six Sisters Stuff has a PVC Kidwash Tutorial and it looks easy to follow. So, check their tutorial out and make one of these for your kiddos.
Your kids will think you are the greatest!
Blessings,
Janiene
