I am trying to be more structured with my time. I find that I spend way too much time on things that should only take a few minutes. A few months ago I attended a workshop on being an organized homemaker, taught by Nancy Kaser, at the Women World Changers Conference at CC Saving Grace. I loved Nancy's daily cleaning schedule so much that I have started to incorporate her method it into my day.
Basically, she cleans her home for 30min/day. She spends 1-2 min cleaning each room and then she spends 10 min in one of the rooms to do a more thorough organization/cleaning. I have found that if I go about cleaning my house in a quick/powerful/focused way that I get MUCH more done! So, if you are reading this and need a new way to clean your home, give this a try! It has been helping me a ton!

Today, for the kiddos, I started them on a new schedule, which will help me too!!!...
During class time we focused on the letter "i"...
Owen colored in his coloring books while Ethan and I learned about the letter "i"...
Coloring all the insects that have the letter "i"...
For craft time we had fun making igloos from coffee filters and marshmallows (which we called ice cubes)...
E & O's igloos...
Now, it's movie time and then nap time (aka, Mom's time to recharge her batteries and drink a hot cup of coffee).
